About - MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology

MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology, having obtained Certification for compliance to ISO 9001:1994 within the year 2000, MSRIT recognized the importance of getting its academic programs assessed by an accreditation body. By then, the National Board of Accreditation (NBA), established by AICTE, was actively engaged in assessing the technical programs in India. Though accreditation by NBA wasn't mandatory at that point , realizing the worth of such an accreditation, MSRIT voluntarily submitted applications to the NBA for the accreditation of several of its major UG programs. After assessment, in February 2001, NBA accorded accreditation to all or any the main departments of the Institute for his or her UG programs. Some programs received accreditation at level A for 3 years and a few others, at level B for 3 years. This accreditation process helped the Institute in understanding better its strengths and weaknesses and thus in setting higher goals of quality for itself.

At the top of the three years of the validity of the primary accreditation by NBA, MSRIT again applied to NBA, within the year 2004, for the accreditation of all of its eligible UG Programs. After assessment during June 2004, NBA accorded accreditation to all or any the programs assessed by them

Courses Offered:MBA - 2 years full time programme

Eligibility:We offer a2-year MBA program, hospitable candidates who have a 3-year bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with not but 50% of the marks in aggregate of all the years of the degree examination. just in case of candidates from Karnataka belonging to SC/ST and Category-1, the mixture percent of the marks of all the years of the qualifying examination shall not be but 40%.

Placement cell:The Training & Placement Cell is well equipped with excellent infrastructure to support each and each stage of the location processes within the campus. The pre-placement talk rooms, conference rooms are equipped with LCD projectors, PCs and audio-video facilities. The T & P Cell has sufficient number of interview rooms. we've dedicated IP based Video conferencing and dedicated internet connectivity for the web examination. We impart state of the art training to students to form them competent and inspired engineers. Many books are available within the library to assist students steel oneself against interviews. Efforts are on to enhance the communication, conference and presentation skills of the scholars . Students also are encouraged to present seminar on sort of topics.
